Maureen McNaul, RN, BN, MBA
My background includes over 25 years of diverse health industry experience in both clinical and management roles. Having been a family caregiver for a young adult and a senior, I understand how daunting it can be to provide support, navigation and advocacy while also attending to ongoing daily demands. Much of my career has focused on population health promotion, and I have a solid understanding of how health is shaped by the settings where we spend most of our time. Accordingly, I am passionate about helping seniors to identifying housing options to fit their unique needs, so they can live as well as possible.
Working with Proactive Seniors enables me to apply expertise in relationship building, problem-solving and achieving outcomes, while also living my core values of contribution, learning, compassion and determination.
I love spending time with my two adult children, extended family and friends. I enjoy making people smile, reading, cooking, concerts, traveling and being active through hiking, golfing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and gardening. My dog Chester and I have the privilege to volunteer with the Pet Access League Society (PALS), with regular visits to residents in long-term care settings.
