I love using physiotherapy to help seniors optimize their independence and to lead fulfilling lives.  One of my greatest passions as a physiotherapist is falls prevention, as a simple fall can be a life-altering event for a senior. Balance can be significantly improved with a bit of practice and guidance, and I love helping my patients feel safer on their feet. I take a functional approach with each of my clients, ensuring we are working towards goals that are personally meaningful to them. I enjoy treating patients with a range of medical conditions including stroke, Parkinson’s disease, arthritis, fractures, and joint replacements. I have completed training in dementia care and communication, and I have a special interest in helping this population stay active and mobile. Outside of work, I enjoy all things outdoors with my husband and two dogs. We can often be found hiking, camping, or skiing in the beautiful Rocky Mountains.
